Well, I have several questions to begin this short writing:
How could actually moody exist?
Why being moody does totally get you
annoyed?
Moody is a complex feeling which can ruin
your day even for a second. Perfect! Perfect disaster!
In moody situation, you can laugh for 5
seconds and the next second you can cry for the whole day. Crazy!
In this weird feeling someone is so
labil, I meant someone has unstable reactions toward the situations that he/she
faces. This person can angry easily, get sad suddenly, or keep being silent for
hours. Amazing!
Based on some research result that the
writer has ever read, okay I am kiding...
Based on what I have observed toward
myself (you can infer: the writer is a moody person), moody does exist because
of some factors.
>>>It can be from sleepless.
Yeps, your nerves doesnt get sufficient
rest so stress is the result which directs you to moody situation.
>>>It can be from having many problems.
Yeah, problems are always there. When
they all come together in almost the same time. Whoaa, it drives you crazy and
voilaaa, you get moody.
Rain, cloudy weather, sad songs, or
some particular conditions that you might not expect at that time can suddenly
get you moody. Funny? Weird? Strange? LOL. You can have those words now.
So, where will I go in this writing?
For those who suffer from bad moody
level, I can give you some tips in order your moody phase will not lead you to
murder anyone. Sounds good? You’ve got to try these and deal with you
yourselves.
1. Get Sleep!
Nah, because we have known some factors
which may lead you to be unmood, now you can heal your moody by the cause of
moody itself. If you think you get moody because you do not get enough sleep,
so now you can date your pillows and bolsters. Hope this will help you much and
when you wake up, I hope your feeling can get better than before. Hopefully.
2. Stay away from humans and social media!
Why? Because you do have to realize
that in this time you can even kill someone because they do something that you
do not like. Eh, actually you can even like nothing in this time. Better to throw
your gadget or whatever which can make you trapped in talking with people. So, watch out with human beings! We may
hurt their feeling while we do not mean so.
The question is, what about we are
forced to go out with people? A-ha!!!
Pretend that you have some kind of mouth trouble or uhmm toothache or
migraine or whatever lah which can reduce you to get involved in such intents
communication. Remember, they do have heart. They do.
3. Go Cry!
May be some of
us are thinking that crying is so uhmmmm, pathetic. Yeah you can say so. You
can say so. But see, crying will help you to release some stiff muscles in your
neck and shoulder when you are in moody situation. You’ve got to prove this.
Well, we do know that crying will not solve our problems, but really, this
works to make us feel released or lil bit feeling lega gitu. Yups. No need to
doubt to cry, okay!
4. Call someone trusted
When you have a
best friend that you can obviously trust, you can call and go with your
beasties. Lah, tadi katanya stay away from human beings? For this one, you may
go with her/him. You need to admit what was your fault, what is your problem,
what burdens you so much. You need to have a talk with your someone (for instance: mother, best friend,bf or gf, whoever you can count on to listen your
story).
5. Pray!
Lean your
problems on God’s shoulder.
Whatever has
happened, it’s meant to be for something best for your life. You do need to
convince yourself that God is there for you. He is always there. God is our
best listener. You can freely talk to Him, saying everything that you regret,
saying everything that you may doubt to tell with other people but Him. You can
make confession to Him. He listens. He answers your problems. He does and he always does.
So, what’s the
use of being stuck in moody?
Some things
that we can notice is in moody situation, we tend to realize our faults much
better so we are alarmed for the next time, we shouldn’t do the same mistake,
that we should be much more careful in saying or doing something. Then in moody
situation sometimes realized or not we more appreciate ourselves and at the end
sometimes we are so grateful for what we have.
But still, since moody tends to ruin your day, so better to get rid of this ridiculous feeling asap.

Nah, I hope
these 5 things will help us get better from moody. I hope we are not
intertwined with this moody condition for a whole life since it can hurt
yourself and other people, bring you to the darkness of bad level of
inferiority. Just be wise! Just be better!
